Property Damage/Restitution

A student will be held responsible for damage to or loss of College property. If damage or loss occurs, the student may be required to reimburse the College, or his/her account may be charged accordingly.

As a result of a conduct decision, a student may be required to make restitution for damages to property owned by another individual if the student is found to be responsible for the damage.
