User Services Specialist
I spend my day creating data files and reports from our constituent data related to events, mailings and activities for Advancement and many other departments across campus; and providing in-person and web-based training and support.
In lots of situations I can describe how our database can help support your mission and goals; sometimes show folks how our systems allow them to work independently and, when that's appropriate, provide custom back-up and support for everything else.
I really love helping empower people to use technology so that it feels positive, efficient, helpful and meaningful to them. Everyone I work with is an expert and I like it when technology is their friend and not a barrier of any sort.
