College House Renovations: In association with the Clean Energy Revolving Fund (CERF), Facilities Services has undertaken renovations on the Cultural House, as well as several of the language houses. For example, all of the water fixtures, toilets, and showers in the Culture House have been replaced with more efficient fixtures.
Macalester College is Bottled Water Free - After much discussion among the student body, in the Sustainability Advisory Committee and Social Responsibility Committee, and a month of educational activities on the issue, President Rosenberg accepted the recommendation for a Bottled Water Free Campus.
