2008-2009 Academic year:  Natalie Locke organized RecycleMania, arranged a partnership between Macalester College and Barthold Farms food recycling, conducted food waste audits to evaluate Trayless Tuesdays, wrote press releases for the Sustainability Office, researched and built spreadsheets for the Sustainability Plan, organized sustainability student worker meetings, as well as arranged sustainable food and organic waste events for Earth Week.
