Trouble Shooting Repairs

STUDENT PHONES

If a phone in a student room is not working, and the problem appears to be the phone or cord(s), bring the faulty part(s) to the Telecommunications Office; Humanities 316, for replacement. If you have no dial tone, call Telecommunications, x6566, from a working phone or email borke@macalester.edu. Please be sure to let us know your name, room number, extension and description of the problem.

STAFF AND FACULTY PHONES

Please call or email Telecommunications regarding faulty phones. Be sure to let us know your name, office number, extension, and description of the problem.

PUBLIC PHONES

If you encounter a problem with any other phones on campus, interior or exterior security phones, please call x6566 with the location and description of the problem.
