Hints & Tips

If you accidentally call 911, please stay on the line and tell the operator you misdialed.  It is the policy of 911 to follow up on all calls, unless confirmed otherwise.

Always leave your name and phone number, including area code, when leaving a message.

Include your office hours in your voice mail greeting.

When you reach someone's voice mail (on campus), you can bypass their greeting by pressing the # key.

Student phone numbers and email addresses are in the back of the Employee Directory.
