The Octel Voice Mail System

Calls are automatically routed to your voice mailbox if your phone is not answered within 3 rings, or if you are on your line. Calls can be directly forwarded to your voice mailbox using the FORWARD function key.

Your voice mailbox number is usually the same as your extension number. The exception to this is if you are sharing a phone.

To access your voice mailbox:
from your phone, and if you are not sharing your phone:
dial 6666 or press the MESSAGE key
enter your password
- or -
from another campus phone or if you are sharing your phone:
dial 6666
press * followed by your voice mailbox number
enter your password
- or -
from off campus, dial 651-696-6666
press * followed by your voice mailbox number
enter your password
