Mailbox Capacity

Your voice mailbox can only hold a certain number of messages - usually 15 for staff and 10 for students. This includes new and saved messages. When your voice mailbox is full, callers do not hear your greeting, only an automated voice saying "The mailbox belonging to [your recorded name] is full." So it is important to keep your voice mailbox below capacity.
