HECUAThe Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs (HECUA) is based in the Twin Cities metro area and sponsors a number of study abroad opportunities in urban studies. HECUA offers urban studies programs in the Twin Cities, Northern Ireland, Scandinavia, Ecuador and Bangladesh.
