The Scots won the Pacific Coast Classic in Claremont, Calif. on Saturday after four solid 3-0 wins.

The Scots swept Whittier, Calif., Widener, Pa., Concordia, Wis. and Pomona-Pitzer, Calif.

The victory comes on the heels of Macalester’s victory last week at the Augsburg invitational and gave them a nine-game winning streak.

Carley Bomstad ’04 was selected to the all-tournament team for the third straight week and leads the team with 3.8 kills and 1.7 blocks per game. Setter Sarah Graves ’04 contributed 10.2 assists per game.

Macalester also won 3- 2 in its conference opener at St. Olaf late on Wednesday, stretching their winning streak to ten games.
