Nordic Venture Partners Executive Named to Macalester’s Board
St. Paul, Minn. – Per von Zelowitz, Investment Director, Nordic Venture Partners, Stockholm, Sweden, has been named to the Board of Trustees at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn., to serve two, three-year consecutive terms.
A 1994 Macalester graduate, von Zelowitz also has a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
Nordic Venture Partners is a venture capital firm with a portfolio of investments in the Information and Communications Technology sector which offers strategic planning, financing and recruiting of executives and board members and international business development.
Before joining Nordic Venture Partners in 2004, von Zelowitz was an investment manager with Argnor Wireless Ventures and a strategic advisor with Northstream, now VeriSign. Argnor is an early-stage venture capital firm and Northstream is a strategic consulting firm serving the telecommunications industry. While with Argnor, von Zelowitz completed investments in early-stage companies and was an observer and alternate director on the boards of portfolio companies. Earlier, he was an underwriting officer with the Chubb Group in the United States.
