A Break

WMCN will be off the air for Macalester College's Thanksgiving break, 11/22-11/26.

Moving along then...

WMCN continues to chart a smoother course this semester, and many thanks are due to our staff, listeners and DJs for their support thus far.

We don't do Arbitron ratings for our FM broadcast, but we can tell you that webcast listenership is up, up, up! You can now enjoy the improved webcast with your choice of media player. (See sidebar)

We love feedback! What's working this year? What isn't? Ideas for the future? Student Org budget sessions are coming and we'd appreciate any input.

After much gnashing of teeth, the WMCN webcast was restored today.

The webcast is still not operational, and will not be for a few days yet while we find a new hosting provider. Thank you for your patience.

All other updates have been delayed to address this problem, and we will have the program guide available asap.

9:30AM- A problem has been identified with our webcast. We have contacted our hosting provider and expect to have the webcast operational later today.

WMCN resumes regularly scheduled broadcasting 8AM CST today.

Label and Promotional Contacts

Staff contacts have been updated for the fall semester.

Come visit WMCN at the MCSG student org fair this Friday from 5-7pm outside the campus center. We'll bring apps, free station swag and a jambox.

The due date for DJ applications has been pushed back to Tuesday, 9/12.
