Deadlines: What do I need to do, and when?

Below is a listing of the deadlines having to do with the Capstone process. There are suggested tasks provided for your benefit, bureaucratic required deadlines, and seminar requirements.

November 1, 2004 (Monday) Capstone form with all signatures must be turned in to Kay Crawford or Erin Petersen in the Math/Comp Sci office (222 Olin-Rice).

December 1, 2004 (Wednesday) An outline and an annotated bibliography for your capstone project must be turned in to your capstone advisor.

The capstone seminar will meet on selected Tuesdays from 11:50 am to 12:50 pm in 241 Olin-Rice. The first capstone seminar will be on Tuesday, January 25, 2005. Lunch will be provided whenever we meet as a group.
 
February 1, 2005 (Tuesday) The first draft of your capstone paper must be turned in to your capstone advisor and your second reader.
 
March 1, 2005 (Tuesday) A revised draft of your capstone paper must be turned in to your capstone advisor.
 
March 18, 2005 (Friday) Turn in title and abstract of your capstone talk, together with the times that you cannot give the talk because of a conflict to Kay Crawford or Erin Petersen in the Math/Comp Sci office (222 Olin-Rice). (Note: All Math and Comp Sci classes will be cancelled on Capstone Day, so none of these classes will conflict.)
 
April 13, 2005 (Wednesday) A complete draft of your capstone paper must be turned in to your capstone advisor and your second reader.
 
April 20, 2005 (Wednesday) Capstone Day.
 
April 27, 2005 (Wednesday) The final version of your capstone paper must be turned in to your capstone advisor and your second reader.
