Here's a real good example of what I mean. This photo was taken by . . . oops . . . gotta look it up. It was published in the St. Paul Pioneer Press earlier in 2001 when Minnesoa experienced extraordinary spring flooding. The jester depicted here is a bronze sculpture at the University of St. Thomas that was designed by Kim Fiebiger. Kim sells her art out of her studio/gallery, called Joan of Art, in Minneapolis, MN. It's a wonderful place to visit. Truth in "artvertising": I own a piece of Kim's work for my office at school--an egghead, naturally. |
