Vatera Beach, Lesbos

In summer 2001, I spent a month traveling by myself in the Mediterranean, including a week on the gorgeous island of Lesbos, home of the famous poet, Sappho. Here are some of the sights of a quiet fishing village in Lesbos known as Vatera Beach. Unsure of where Vatera is located? See map with large red check.
