Resources for instructors

1. Complete, detailed solutions to the book's exercises --- approximately 140 pages.  This is available only for course instructors, not for students.   For reasons of security, you should contact the me directly to verify that you are a bone fide instructor.  The solutions will be sent to you in printed form.  An electronic form, with certain restrictions, is also available.  Contact Daniel Kaplan (kaplan@macalester.edu, 1-651-695-1877).  
2. A slide file containing the figures from the book.  This is useful for preparing powerpoint-style lecture notes.
3. Detailed day-by-day class notes.  Availability: December 2004.
4. Additional exercises.  Availability: starting Sept. 2004 and ongoing.
