Installing R.
To install R, you download one file using your web
browser.
Windows/PC:
Link to installation file. Save the file R-2.8.1-win32.exe, or
whatever is the latest version. Then double-click on the downloaded
file to install R. You can accept all the default settings.
Macintosh: Installation
page Download the file R-2.8.1.dmg, or whatever is the latest
version. Double-click on the dmg file to install R. You can accept
all the default settings.
