The Greater Frogtown Community Development Corporation (GFCDC) works to create and preserve quality affordable housing in the Frogtown, Capital Heights, Rice Marion and East Midway areas of St. Paul. Our service area covers the Thomas-Dale neighborhood (City of Saint Paul Planning District 7).

Our mission is to take a comprehensive approach to community development. We will emphasize affordable housing development for low to moderate income residents and lead in the economic development and community building activities that will improve the strength of the community and the image of the Frogtown neighborhoods.
