If you need to charge a different Banner FOAPAL, first convert that FOAPAL using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/business-services\/workdayworktaglookup\/\">Workday \/ Worktag Lookup Tool<\/a>. Then enter the corresponding Cost Center, Program, Gift, Grant, Designation, or Project Code in Workday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create Supplier Invoice Request\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Request payment of supplier invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a Standard Engagement Contract (SEC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create Expense Report\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconcile Pcard transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request employee reimbursements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create Spend Authorization\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Request a Travel Advance for Macalester-related travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outside of Workday<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Some processes and forms will continue to be initiated outside of Workday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through August 31, 2026, the Cashiering forms below will continue using Banner FOAPALs.
