Best viewed with 1920 x1080 screen resolution.  \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will see the Macalester SSO login screen, use your Macalester credentials to log in. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you receive the pop up message that asks for &#8220;macadmsys.macalester.edu wants access&#8221;, answer ALLOW.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideally, you should enter the FULL FOAPAL to see the FULL Workday Worktag accounting code. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using a form OUTSIDE of Workday, you will need to enter the FULL Worktag translation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within Workday, the system can find Worktags by searching by key words. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1ZBrjtkYcuZKhkSjK31rStrIX5VUOFX5C\/view\">Workday Spend Categories with description<\/a> to find the Spend Category Name for the SC#<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 kQJJqY\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\">Please contact Accounting at <\/span><\/span><a href=\"mailto:Accounting@macalester.edu\">Accounting@macalester.edu<\/a><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 kQJJqY\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\"> with any questions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"HOWTOUSE\">How to use the Look up tool results in Workday<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the Worktag translation, enter the Worktag to have Workday enter the related Worktags for you.   Know that: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ledger Account<\/strong> is required for forms and processes outside of Workday only.&nbsp;&nbsp;When entering a Spend or Revenue category within Workday, the system adds them automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For Payroll costing allocations<\/strong>, Spend Category is not required within Workday.\u00a0 See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/payroll\/time-approver-staff\/costing-allocations\/\">Payroll Costing Allocations<\/a> for more information. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example: Operating Budget<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For an Expense \/ Spend: <\/strong>  Enter the Cost Center and FD100, FN07 will enter automatically within Workday.
