{"id":2122,"date":"2025-08-27T15:08:25","date_gmt":"2025-08-27T15:08:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/160-business-services\/?page_id=2122"},"modified":"2026-07-24T17:01:50","modified_gmt":"2026-07-24T17:01:50","slug":"pcard-missingreceipt","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/business-services\/pcard-missingreceipt\/","title":{"rendered":"Pcard Missing Receipt Declaration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-key=\"5\"><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 kQJJqY\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\">Complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/eform.pandadoc.com\/?eform=2a99f032-ef52-491e-92cd-892789649dcf\"><strong>Pcard Missing Receipt Declaration (eForm)<\/strong><\/a> whenever a reimbursement or Pcard receipt for a transaction of $50 or more is lost or otherwise unavailable and all measures to obtain a copy have been exhausted. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 rxZCN\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\">Please complete a <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">separate<\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 rxZCN\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\">declaration for each missing receipt $50 and over. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 rxZCN\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\">If a <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">federal grant<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 rxZCN\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\"> was used to fund the purchase, a declaration must be submitted for <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">every missing receipt regardless of dollar amount<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 rxZCN\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span data-key=\"12\"><span class=\"styled__StyledNode-sc-6ox0qd-0 byremY\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><span class=\"styled__StyledAdditionalNode-sc-6ox0qd-1 WmbfE\">Once filled out and submitted, a PDF will be emailed to you.
