When a form is initiated, an email will be sent to the initiator. \u00a0The email will come from esignatures@docs.macalester.edu<\/strong>. \u00a0An OPEN THE DOCUMENT button will be included in this email notification, and to check on the progress of the form’s review\/approval, this button can be clicked at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the form has multiple reviewers\/approvers, each participant will receive an email notification when they are to review \/ approve the form.\u00a0 The email will come from esignatures@docs.macalester.edu<\/strong>.\u00a0 An OPEN THE DOCUMENT button will be included in this email notification, and to check on the progress of the form’s review\/approval, this button can be clicked at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once all of the reviews\/approvals have occurred, EACH person who initiated\/reviewed\/approved the form will receive an email notification that states, “The document has been completed by all participants”.\u00a0 The email will come from esignatures@docs.macalester.edu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If<\/strong> the form was configured to send a PDF of the completed document, an email notification, along with a PDF attachment of the document will be sent to EACH initiator\/reviewer\/approver.\u00a0 The email will come from esignatures@docs.macalester.edu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Macalester College has selected PandaDocs as our system for electronic forms and secure e-signatures.
