Cardholders and reconcilers have the first six (6) days of the month to review and submit the Pcard statement. These six (6) days can include weekends and holidays. Normally they fall between the 1st and 6th of the month. Approvers have the following four (4) days, usually the 7th through 10th of the month. These four (4) days can also include weekends and holidays.
