We're getting into the crunch time of the Semester, so consider taking some time off by coming to our Travel Writing Luncheon with Creative Writing Professor Sally Franson. This will be this Thursday, Dec. 5, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Markim LL.

In this session, students will be invited to reflect on their experiences using mindfulness techniques, generate writing about their study away experience through a series of guided prompts, and share this writing in a friendly and supportive environment. Emphasis will be placed on creation rather than revision, though students will leave with a number of ideas of how to turn their raw written material into a polished piece of travel writing.
