Movement and Breath, hosted by The Hamre Center. Conscious movement and breath can be a way to help us process, while finding quiet in the body and mind. Please join for a slow and fluid shared practice based in yoga and intentional movement. No equipment or experience necessary. You may want to bring a mat, towel or blanket to put down on the grass.
