Join Russian Studies for a Bliny Cooking Demonstration. Start your Maslenitsa celebrations off right with a bliny demonstration. Maslenitsa is a religious and folk holiday celebrating the end of winter and the welcoming of spring. During this period, Russian crepes (bliny) and other homey foods are prepared before the Great Fast (Veliky post), or Lent begins.
