Available Services During Closure

The Information Desk will remain closed for the remainder of Module 2 through J-Term. We will re-open during Module 3. 

Despite our closure during this time, we know that for some the use of Metro Transit may be essential. Below are links to forms that have been set up to provide reimbursement for qualified purchases or facilitate the purchase of a College Pass.

Hours

The Info Desk is not operating in-person. Beginning Monday, November 23, we will transition to remote hours and will be checking our voicemail and inbox frequently.

Remote Hours will be from 10 am – 12pm and 4pm – 6pm on Monday – Friday. These remote hours will stop on Friday, Dec. 18 and resume again on Monday, January 4.

Hours for Module 3 will be posted in 2021.
