There are many student employment positions available in Campus Operations. As supervisors, we work to ensure that our student employees are able to develop and thrive in a work environment that allows them to be supported, positively challenged, and seen as “students first.” For some students, their on-campus job may be the first job they’ve had or the second or third job they’ve had – no matter what level our student employees enter our team with, we strive to help each student grow, gain leadership skills, and understand the importance of their role to our campus.

 Our student staff teams include:

    • Building Manager Team: Building Managers provide staffing and technical support for the Campus Center from open to close and provide staffing support in other areas on campus. They help maintain a safe and secure environment, trouble-shoot issues, and provide sound, light and audio-visual support for events across campus. 
    • Information Desk Team: The Information Desk Team responds to the day-to-day needs of the college’s faculty, staff, students and guests by providing quality customer service. The Information Desk is staffed all hours the Campus Center is open.
    • Reservations Team: Reservation Assistants work at the Information Desk and are responsible for processing room reservation requests and coordinating set-up, A/V, catering, and security needs for meetings and events.
    • Summer Conference Assistant Team: Conference Assistants live in residence halls and respond to the needs of all summer conference guests.  They help set up residence hall rooms prior to guest arrival and provide event staffing for conferences and events.
