The role of Reservations is to provide exemplary logistical support in on-campus event planning for academic and administrative departments and chartered student organizations.
In effort to engage the Macalester College community in on-campus programming, Reservations serves as a great resource for a wide variety of event types and is the primary spot for on-campus groups to reserve space on campus and make logistical requests for upcoming events.

Upcoming Workshops and Demos:
- This workshop focuses on providing insight to the logistical and operational processes of Reservations
- 12pm in CC 214 on October 31st and November 21st and in CC 215 on February 6th, March 5th and April 2nd
- This demo will introduce and teach you how to leverage the Web App as the most efficient tool for planning events at Macalester
- 12pm in CC 207 on October 17th, in CC 214 on November 14th, and in CC 215 on February 27th, March 19th and April 9th
