She/Her

Hello, I’m Carrie and I use she/her pronouns. I am a confident, outgoing, driven Career Advisor who takes pride in being dynamic and person-centered. My mission is to provide superior support and resources for individuals looking to enhance their life through career changes. My previous experience has brought me across the United States supporting college students at universities in NorCal and Boston. I’ve capitalized on the places I’ve lived to personally and professionally grow.

In college, I worked multiple jobs as my family didn’t have the means to help. The first loan I took out provided me the funds to study abroad and it was the best decision I made. It brought me to realize my independency, resilience, and eagerness to learn other cultures and rituals. Additionally, I participated in three internships and although compensation was a small stipend, I learned how to manage my time and balance my various commitments.

My Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies – Leadership and Organization is from St. Cloud State University. I completed my Master of Science in College Student Affairs from Eastern Illinois University. I’ve been a Certified MBTI administrator since November 2017.

Outside work, I love traveling, being active in nature, enjoying time with friends, and listening to live music. I’ve visited 42 states and D.C., 3 cities in Canada, and 12 countries. I’m eagerly awaiting the next opportunity to go somewhere I haven’t been!
