You can participate by:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/alumni\/volunteer\/career-helpers\/\">Volunteering to be a career helper<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/engage.macalester.edu\/account\/login?r=https%3a%2f%2fengage.macalester.edu%2fportal%2fMacConnect\">MacConnect<\/a>, the online alumni directory. We encourage students to seek out alums who have designated themselves as career helpers.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Posting your organization\u2019s open jobs and internships on Handshake. If you wish, you can choose to make the postings visible to Mac students only. Read more about posting on <a href=\"https:\/\/joinhandshake.com\/employers\/\">Handshake as an employer<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/span>Many employers already have an account, if you have any questions about utilizing Handshake, please email recruiting@macalester.edu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>#HireMac: We can post positions on Handshake with a #HireMac label. This label allows students to know there is an alumni connection.
