Informational interviews are conversations with alumni, supervisors, family friends, or relatives about their career journeys. These may be formal, scheduled meetings or they may be more casual conversations over coffee or lunch. These career conversations are a great way to picture yourself in different roles and learn next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who to Talk to? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\nConsider people in your life who are doing interesting work.<\/strong> Think about anyone in your community: relatives, family friends, professors, old coworkers, neighbors, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\nFind Macalester alumni by searching on <\/strong>MacConnect<\/strong><\/a>. <\/strong>You can search for alumni based on their major, location, employer, occupation, job title, industry and more.
