Students are awarded competitive stipends to work with a faculty member during 10 weeks in the summer. The stipends are provided from a variety of sources (external faculty grants and internal Macalester endowments). Use the ESRA<\/a> site to submit your application. Students interested in research are encouraged begin inquiry in the fall for the following summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
