Other fonts may not display correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do use a single color, such as black or dark gray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can include simple URLs (without \u201chttp:\/\/www\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media links in plain text (without icons) are optional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019d like, do include your pronouns and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/2023\/02\/28\/hear-my-name\/\">name pronunciation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Email Signature Don\u2019ts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Don\u2019t include any other logo besides the secondary logo unless you are in the Athletics Department.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t include vCARDS;
