Notes: See the document “Economics Courses: Group E and Group B” for a full list of courses offered by the Economics Department. It is recommended that students take MATH 137 to complete the calculus requirement. New “topics” courses are offered on a trial basis and numbered 194, 294, 394 or 494. You may receive major/minor credit for courses taken at other colleges and universities (e.g., business courses at the University of St. Thomas or courses taken while studying abroad). Please provide the department chair with course information (a link to the course or a copy of the syllabus) so a determination can be made about whether it will be accepted for credit and at what level.
