Dr. Drozd\u2019s research broadly examines the various factors that shape human capital investments. His current research examines how poor mental health affects educational attainment and occupational choices, using life-cycle modeling techniques to quantify the benefits of mental health improvements at different stages of life. In another project, Dr. Drozd examines the role of academic advisors in shaping the educational trajectories of community college students.
