Vans are rented on a first-come-first-serve basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations: <\/strong>Facilities Services must be notified (<a class=\"email\" href=\"mailto:facilities@macalester.edu\">facilities@macalester.edu<\/a>) of any cancellations <em>at least three business days prior to departure date<\/em>&nbsp;or the group will still be charged for use of the van(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rental Rates:<\/strong> $57.00 per day plus $0.45 per mile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Van Driver Training:<\/strong> All van drivers are required to attend and pass classroom and behind-the-wheel van training. Email <a class=\"email\" href=\"mailto:facilities@macalester.edu\">facilities@macalester.edu<\/a> with additional questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Travel Requirements: <\/strong>Facilities manages the van reservations, but some groups may have additional travel requirements, especially student orgs.
