Election to the FPC is for a two-year term. <\/p>\n    \t    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<p>Primary duties of the Faculty Personnel Committee include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faculty reviews for pre-tenure reappointment, tenure and promotion to full professor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing recommendations regarding policy and procedures for faculty reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the committee of informal inquiry in cases of proposed termination or dismissal for cause of faculty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the Committee on Committees by recommending faculty appointments to various non-elected committees on campus, and supervising elections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2026-2027 Members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5
