Understanding Yourself from the Inside Out: Emotional Intelligence Skills Group
An introspective group focused on increasing personal emotional intelligence. Explore your own relationship to emotions while learning daily life skills related to awareness, regulation, motivation, and empathy. Led by Kendra Snyder.

Coping With Anxiety: Essential Anxiety Management Skills
A 4-session skill-building group designed to help students reduce their anxiety. Participants will better understand anxiety and practice anxiety management tools like breathing and meditation, cognitive and emotional self-awareness, and lifestyle choices. Led by Mia Nosanow.

Grief & Loss Support
This group is for students grieving the loss of a loved one, sibling, parent, relative, or close friend. Participants can process and heal in an atmosphere of understanding, community, and mutual support. Cultivating Calm: Koru Mindfulness and Meditation
