Resilience is the ability to cope with and respond in meaningful ways to the difficulties we encounter.  Resilience cultivates practices that that equip us to better manage the challenges of college life.

Yoga for Anxiety Management – April 2019
This class will guide students in understanding and developing tools to manage anxiety.  Each session will explore breath, movement, and grounding techniques.  All abilities welcome.  Space is limited.

Section 1 Registration:  5 weeks, 4/2/19 – 4/30/19, Tuesdays, 4:45 pm – 6:00 pm

Section 2 Registration: 5 weeks, 4/4/19 – 5/2/19, Thursdays, 9:45 am – 11:00 am

Building Optimism – 10 days of tips on how to stay positive through some difficult times. You will receive optimism tips during the weekdays from 2/25 to 3/8 that will help boost your resilience. We are excited to share our optimism tips and activities, and we’re positive that you will love it!
