His knowledge and expertise helps provide creative finance solutions for multifamily housing, affordable housing, seniors housing and healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining JLL, Kevin was a principal and the President of Oak Grove Capital, which he co-founded in 2009. Prior to Oak Grove Capital, Kevin was a principal and the President of Glaser Financial Group, which he co-founded in 1986.
