See what some graduates who majored in History are doing now:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Russell Fillmore-Brady \u201918 received a Fulbright fellowship to teach English in Germany.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samantha Aamot \u201917 (Bloomington, Minn.) works for Northern Bedrock Historic Preservation Corps in Duluth, Minn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sara Ludewig, &#8217;17, is pursuing a dual Master&#8217;s degree in Library Science and History at the University of Maryland, College Park.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patrick Eickman &#8217;17 is in Marquette University&#8217;s Masters program in Medieval History.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tyler O&#8217;Brien, &#8217;16, is pursuing a Master&#8217;s degree in Community Development and Planning at Clark University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Trey Muraoka \u201816 is pursuing a Masters degree in Latin at the University of Minnesota, and is an assistant football coach at Macalester.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will Theriac &#8217;16 is a project manager at Epic Systems in Madison, Wisconsin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elena Friedman &#8217;16 is a research assistant at the Minnesota Center for Twin and Family Research located at the University of Minnesota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angela Clem \u201915 is studying history at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alison Gerber \u201915 is a junior coach with College Possible in Chicago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natalie Heneghan \u201915 is a program assistant with Preservation Alliance in St. Paul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paul Schubring \u201915 is pursuing a master\u2019s of divinity degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jordanne Miranda Stokes \u201915 joined the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allison Vandenberg-Daves \u201915 works with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Hood River, Ore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emma Stout \u201915 is a religious education program assistant with First Universalist Church in Minneapolis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jingyuan Qian \u201914 is pursuing a master\u2019s degree in public policy at Georgetown University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stacey Murrell &#8217;13, is currently pursuing a PhD in History at Brown University, after having been&nbsp;employed as executive assistant to the president at Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, a project in progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elizabeth Allen \u201913 is studying for her MA in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nic Lechault \u201913, is&nbsp;teaching American history&nbsp;in the Mounds View School System, and earning a teaching degree at Hamline University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laura Moulton \u201913 is a AmeriCorps VISTA Children&#8217;s Program Coordinator at Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maya Lindberg &#8217;12 will be working as a writer\/associate editor for the SPLC&#8217;s Teaching Tolerance program with the Southern Poverty Law Center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doris Zhao \u201912 is in the Master of Arts program in Art History at Columbia University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Katherine Donaldson \u201912 is pursuing a master\u2019s in library and information science at the University of Washington.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slavisa Mijatovic \u201912 is pursuing a master\u2019s in geography at York University in Toronto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cori Simon \u201912 is pursuing a graduate degree in gender and women\u2019s U.S. history at the University of Wisconsin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dustin Studelska \u201912, is pursuing a PhD in the History of Technology at the University of Minnesota in the program of the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naomi Sussman &#8217;12, is pursuing a PhD in Latin American History at Yale University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>David Bliss \u201811 earned a master\u2019s degree in history at the University of New Mexico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jeff Yamashita \u201811 is in the PhD program in ethnic studies at the University of California-Berkeley and has been awarded a Eugene Cota-Robles Fellowship, the top university-wide fellowship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bassam Khawaja \u201911 earned a JD at Columbia University Law School, and is an attorney and fellow in the Children\u2019s Rights Division of Human Rights Watch in New York.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emily Schorr Lesnick \u201911 is pursuing a career in comedy in New York City.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hillary Sorin \u201911 after completing a master\u2019s in social work program at the University of Pennsylvania, is Director of Development of The Chester Fund at the Chester Charter School for the Arts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maggie Jacoby \u201911&nbsp; works for the St. Paul Public Schools Foundation running a middle school tutoring program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jemma Brown \u201911 is an associate producer of video and social media at&nbsp;The Moth Radio Hour, a live storytelling program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rachel Boyle \u201910 attends Loyola University studying public history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alex Davies \u201910 taught English in France and is now writing for Discovery.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wes Alcenat &#8217;10 earned a PhD in history at Columbia University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amy Ledig \u201910 is a JD Candidate at Case Western Reserve School of Law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Molly Brookfield \u201909 is a PhD student in History and Women&#8217;s Studies at the University of Michigan. She earned a master&#8217;s degree in the Cultural Heritage Studies Program at University College London and worked at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wienerlibrary.co.uk\/\">The Wiener Library<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaitlyn Sheridan \u201809 is studying American history at Oxford University in England.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anne Reeder \u201809 completed a master\u2019s degree in public health nutrition at the Colorado School of Public Health. She completed a Masters in Museum Studies at NYU and says, \u201cI have found that museums are a great place for history-majors!\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emily Skidmore \u201904 received her PhD in history from University of Illinois at Urbana\u2013Champaign, and is Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at Texas Tech University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Danielle Maestretti \u201904 is an Associate Consultant at bepress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anthony Todd \u201904 received a PhD at the University of Chicago, studying late 19th century U.S. history with a focus on gender and law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emily Weaver \u201903 is a philanthropy and nonprofit consultant after serving as deputy director of cooperative projects at Beijing Normal University\u2019s One Foundation Philanthropy Research Institute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Federico Helfgott \u201903 attended the University of Michigan\u2019s PhD program in anthropology and history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ariel Jacobs &#8217;02 was a Corps member for Teach for America in the Bronx, New York and is now teaching US history in a public high school in Manhattan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jennie (Snyder) Hill \u201902 is the executive director of the court-appointed special advocates of the South Plains in Lubbock, Texas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karlos Hill \u201902 is a Professor of History specializing in African American History, Lynching, and Anti-Lynching Protest, at Texas Tech University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shana Redmond &#8217;02 received her PhD in African American and American Studies from Yale University and is an Assistant Professor of American Studies at the University of Southern California.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seth Lind \u201901 is a filmmaker and public radio producer.
