Drive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cNEW\u201d on left of screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within the dropdown box, hover your mouse on the \u201c<strong>&gt;<\/strong>\u201d symbol next to \u201cGoogle Docs\u201d to reveal the option \u201cFrom a template\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cFrom a template\u201d to reveal the gallery of forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the file \u201c(EMPLOYEE NAME)
