Locate your game console’s brand below for instructions on how to locate its MAC Address. If it is not listed, consult the game console’s service manual or manufacturer for assistance.

Microsoft

Xbox 360

  1. In the Xbox Dashboard, go to My Xbox.
  2. Select System Settings.
  3. Click Network Settings.
  4. Select either Wireless Network or Wired Network.
  • If using a Wireless Network:
    1. You will be prompted to connect an Xbox 360 Wireless Adaptor to the console.
  • If using a Wired Network:  
    1. Choose Configure Network.
    2. Click on the Additional Settings tab.
    3. Select Advanced Settings.
    4. The MAC Address will be displayed on this page.

Xbox One

  1. Go to My Xbox in the Xbox Dashboard and select Settings.
  2. In the Settings pane, select Network.
  3. Select Advanced Settings from the Network Settings tab.
  4. At the bottom of this screen, there will be a heading called Wired MAC or Wireless Mac.
  5. Enter the MAC address for the appropriate connection.

PlayStation 3

  1. Start up your PlayStation 3.
  2. Find the System Settings icon and select X.
  3. Select System Information and press X.
  4. Your device’s Mac Address will be displayed on the screen.

PlayStation 4

  1. Start up your PlayStation 4.
  2. From the main menu, find the System Settings icon and select X.
  3. Select System Information and press X.
  4. Your device’s Mac Address will be displayed on the screen.
