Faculty can choose to use Evalkit and the default survey questions, add their own custom questions, modify their survey&#8217;s availability window, or opt out of using Evalkit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like ITS help with adding your custom questions, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdUNFNojmfBlSYLIUrmedDMJ71d144ShUdm5YM5QvnCt0-m9w\/viewform?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=103766632992183167003\">use this Google Form to submit your customization request<\/a>.
