id=\"FLYERS\"><a><\/a>Flyers\/Handouts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Flyers and handouts are usually one sheet, one-sided or two-sided.&nbsp; They can be black and white, color, or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A wide variety of paper stocks can be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"LAMINATION\">Lamination\/Foam core<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Document Services can laminate sizes of 8 \u00bd x 11, 8 \u00bd x 14 and 11&#215;17 Prints.&nbsp; We can laminate using 1.5 mil, 3 mil and 5 mil thickness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laminating up to 24 inches wide (limited to 1.5 mil thickness)&nbsp; can be completed at Document Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Larger laminating is sent off campus to be completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foam core backing is completed off campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" Forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the Academic world is not yet paperless, paper forms are still in use here at Macalester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Document Services has 2, 3, and 4 part NCR paper available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Document Services also does padding for single sheet forms in whatever thickness is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"POSTCARDS\"><a><\/a>Postcards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Postcards are a perfect way to share information. They are inexpensive and very effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postal regulations require postcards to be a minimum 3\u00bd inches high by 5 inches wide to a maximum 4 \u00bc inches high by 6 inches wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postcards that will be metered (by the postal meter) on campus must be at least 4&#8243; x 6&#8243; .&nbsp; Postcard smaller than 4&#8243; x 6&#8243; must be hand stamped by the requester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postcards must be at least .007 inches thick so most are printed on cardstock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"POSTERPRINTING\"><a><\/a>Poster Printing\/Poster Run<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Document Services prints and delivers posters for the poster run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The normal number of posters is 54 (35 for Residential Life and 13 for the Information Desk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note, WEEKLY orders must be submitted by<strong> 3 pm on Tuesdays<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>so plan ahead.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posters for poster run are 8 \u00bd x 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be sure to include the following information with your Poster Printing \/ Poster Run order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Department Name and FOAPAL (Budget code)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach <strong>print ready<\/strong> file (PDF, Word or Excel).  Each file should come in the order you wish to print it in.  If you need pages moved, please do so prior to submitting the file.  If a certain size is needed, the file needs to be submitted in that size.
