Here\u2019s a brief roundup in case you missed the announcements:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/160-news\/2022\/04\/two-mac-seniors-awarded-watson-fellowships-for-travel-abroad\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thomas J. Watson Fellowship<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Maya Sobchuk \u201922 and Maija Hecht \u201922 have been awarded Thomas J. Watson Fellowships. Each recipient receives a one-year stipend of $36,000, plus health insurance and student loan assistance, to pursue original projects outside the United States.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/160-news\/2022\/04\/eight-mac-seniors-receive-2022-23-fulbright-awards\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fulbright U.S. Scholars.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u00a0Macalester seniors\u00a0Katherine Chin, Liliana Brunner, Brian Zou, Marc Mutka, Mary Liebers,\u00a0Dalton Greene,\u00a0Angela Nguyen\u00a0and\u00a0Shea Husband\u00a0have received Fulbright U.S. Student Program awards for the 2022-2023 academic year from the U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/160-news\/2022\/04\/2022-global-citizenship-award-winners-announced\/\">Global Citizenship Student Awards<\/a>.
