We have a mix of unfurnished and furnished, or even partially furnished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our units are updated, fresh and gorgeous with wonderful amenities!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also have incredible caretaker options whereby you are like an RA and can learn the fundamental elements of managing an apartment building as a member of our part-time team, earning rent credits or extra money, and getting another option for your CV showing responsibility and commitment, not to mention the opportunity to then use those skills to invest in rentals in your home town after graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have options for 6\/1 (both summer and one year leases) and 9\/1. We also offer and encourage subletting and Study Away!! It is easy and seamless!
