Key to the success of the search will be input from alumni, faculty, students, and staff. During the course of the search, there will be opportunities for members of the community to share their perspectives on the search.

Spencer Stuart began by hosting on-campus listening sessions in April for students, faculty, and staff. Alumni and current parents, along with faculty, students and staff, were invited to share their perspectives through a survey that was sent via email in June. The search committee co-chairs are sharing periodic email updates on the committee’s work, and are making themselves available to answer questions in person when they are here on campus.
