Information on the new Faculty Addendum form:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Addendum form can be found in 1600Grand in the Faculty section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to <\/span>1600Grand<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to the Faculty section on the left hand side of the page<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scroll to the bottom and locate the \u201cFaculty Addendum and Evaluation Portal\u201d section<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the “Faculty Addendum Portal”<\/strong> button. Within the portal, you’ll find your addendum form, advisees list and course list for the year. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
